Info Center Concepts

BSX develops organizational concepts, functional briefings, furnishing and schedules, staff training programs for info centers and info teams for cultural institutions, ticket offices, tourist and citizen service information points. As part of larger projects, BSX is responsible for the operation, including personnel provision and personnel management.
